Born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas, Esther has a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M – Corpus Christi and has been a resident of Fort Bend County for over 30 years. Residing in the area, she and her husband enjoy the many amenities offered in the community. A mother of two college daughters, Esther  believes that being a working mother has instilled values and beliefs of hard work and independence in her children.
